Newcastle Marina and Boatyard is located on the tranquil waters of the Newcastle Channel in beautiful Nanaimo, BC. We are located minutes from BC Ferries, Departure Bay Ferry Terminal and downtown Nanaimo. Nearby amenities include grocery stores, shopping malls, pubs and restaurants, banking facilities, and hotel accommodations all within walking distance.

Locally owned and operated for over 50 years, we have moorage for over 130 boats and over 4400 feet of open moorage for short and long term moorage. Our fully serviced boatyard is a clean and environmentally friendly do-it-yourself yard with the option of bringing in an external contractor if necessary. We feature a 60-ton Marine Travelift for haul out and dryland boat storage from mid October to mid March.
